How do I change or add a shipping address to my account?
There are a few ways you can update your shipping address or add new addresses to your account. The best way is to sign in to your Shopify account and click Addresses on the left of the screen. You can also add another address during the checkout process.
How do I change my password?
Visit your account page here and click Change Password on the left of the page, which will take you through a series of steps to safely and securely update your password.
How do I update my payment info in ShopPay?
For questions about your ShopPay account, see their help section here.
Specifics about adding or deleting payment options in ShopPay are found at this link.
Wink is not an owner of ShopPay and does not control how those settings are updated or managed.
How do I file a complaint?
We apologize that your experience with us has not been amazing. Please contact our customer care team via chat or email them directly at [email protected] . (Business hours are M-F 9a-4p CST.) We will do everything we can to make it right.
How do I find my order status?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you haven\'t received an order confirmation email within 24 hours, check your spam or junk folders. Once your order is confirmed, it typically ships within 24 to 48 hours and is delivered in 3 to 7 business day to most locations. Alaska and Hawaii will take longer for U.S. standard shipping.
You can also view your orders on your account page by navigating to the order list through the "Your Orders" link on the left side of the account dashboard page.
How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?
We\'re bummed to see you go, but get the need to clean out your inbox and are happy to help! You have a couple of options: If you\'d like to receive fewer emails, you can update your preferences using the link at the bottom of one of the emails we send to you - that link is special just for your email address. If you want to unsubscribe completely, you can click the "Unsubscribe" button found at the footer of any email from us or finally, you may request to be removed either via chat or email at [email protected] . Allow 24-48 hours for this change to take effect.
How do I change my account email address?
For security purposes, you will need to contact us via chat or email to change or update the email address on your account. We will have to go through a couple of security protocols to verify you own the account and then we will be able to merge your old account with a new one with the correct email address.
Order Status
Can I change my order?
We strive to deliver your order to the shipping carrier as soon as possible after you submit your order so once an order is submitted it cannot be changed or canceled. If you change your mind you may initiate a return for the order after you receive order
I never got a confirmation email, how do I know if you received my order?
There are a couple ways to check on this:
Check your spam and/or junk folder(s). Order confirmations will come from "Wink Scrubs"
[email protected]. If the confirmation was delivered to your spam or junk folders, add the Wink Scrubs domain to your safe senders list.
Check your Order History in your account to see if the order is listed. If the order is listed in your order history but you didn\'t find the order confirmation email, please reach out to us so we can check your email address on file and update if necessary.
How long before my order ships?
Wink Scrubs strives to deliver your order to the shipping carrier as soon as possible. If you haven\'t received your shipment confirmation within 4 business days there may be an issue with your order so definitely reach out to us about it via chat or by emailing us at [email protected]
What is the expected transit time for my package?
Transit times vary by shipping destination and package size. As a general rule, transit times are between 3 and 7 busniess days. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will likely take a bit longer. Once you place your order, you will receive tracking information so you can track your package through our carrier partners.
Where do I find tracking for my order?
All order details and history can be found online in your Order History. This lists all orders you have placed on our new Wink Scrubs site that are active and/or complete. A tracking link for each order is displayed once the order has shipped. Click on the tracking link to be taken to the carrier site where you can see the status of your shipment(s).
What if my order is missing an item?
Oh no! We are sorry to hear this. Use the following steps to reach out to us:
- Go to our Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up the order.
- If the item has shipped it will show in your list of items eligible for "return"
- Click on the item you are missing
- Choose "Missing Items I was charged for" as the return reason and follow the prompts from there
- Click the "Continue with return" button at the bottom of the screen
- Click Submit return
An agent will be in touch with you shortly with questions on how to proceed. Generally, we will place a $0 order in your account for the missing item(s) once we verify the item isn\'t just still in transit, unless you would rather have your money back.
Order shows delivered, but I did not receiveUpdated a year ago
We ask that you wait 3 business days after the tracking number shows delivered to report a missing package with us. Sometimes USPS delivers to a neighbor or your apartment office and the package turns up the next day or so.
Billing Questions
I think I was charged twice.
When you place an order, your card is pre-authorized but is not charged until the order has shipped. Any pre-authorizations will show as "Pending" in your bank account. The pre-authorization will change to "Complete" once the order ships.
What payment methods do you support?
We want to make it as easy as possible to shop and buy Wink Scrubs so we\'ve partnered with the below payment partners for your convenience: For express checkout, we support Shop Pay, Meta Pay, and Google Pay. And as you know checkout takes just a few clicks with those express options. For standard checkout, we support Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover credit cards.
Can I get a copy of my receipt?
Yes. You can pull this directly from Your Orders from your account pages. Click into any order for order details including all order charges details.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs will be determined by the cart total and are listed in the checkout process. We do have upgraded shipping options available.

- UPS overnight shipping
Once we pass the package on to the shipping service, we are no longer responsible for any delays, as these are outside of our control.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders as quickly as we can and keep you posted along the way. Check your email for updates!
Economy shipping transit times vary between 3 and 7 business days to most locations. Alaska and Hawaii will take longer.
2nd-Day UPS shipping will arrive in 2 business days for orders placed before 1pm CT Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1pm CT Monday through Friday will arrive in 3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will arrive Wednesday.
Overnight UPS shipping will arrive in 1 business day for orders placed before 1pm CT Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1pm CT Monday through Friday will arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will arrive Tuesday.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
We all change our minds sometimes. Maybe you don\'t absolutely love the fit or the style? Not an issue here! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept any items in original condition within 30 days after the purchase day.
For your convenience, you can initiate a return through this link. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, or altered items and if you send worn, washed, altered, or damaged product(s) back to us you will not receive a credit for those items that are not resalable.

Also note that we cannot provide a return shipping label for Alaska and Hawaii.
How do I exchange?Updated 6 months ago
We understand that achieving the perfect fit is essential. To facilitate the exchange process for your recent purchase, kindly follow these steps:
- Visit our Returns Portal by clicking on this link: https://winkscrubs.loopreturns.com/#/
- Select the items you wish to exchange and provide the necessary details.
- Choose the Exchange option to specify the new size or length you require.
- Prepare the items for return and affix the provided prepaid label to the package.
- Upon receipt of the returned items, we will initiate the exchange process
How to return a product?
Returns on eligible items are accepted within 30 days of receipt. To start, please click here. Select the items you want to return or exchange and fill out the necessary details. Package the items for return and place the system-generated prepaid label you received when completing the return form on the outside of the package. Once your items are returned, you will receive an email notification of your refund.
How long will it take to receive my refund on my return?
After we receive your return in our warehouse, we kindly ask for your patience as we complete the refund process, which may take up to 5 days.
This timeframe encompasses the evaluation of the returned garments.
Can I return my scrubs to a retail store?
If you made your purchase through a retail location and need to initiate a return, kindly return the item to the same location where the purchase was made.

Where can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found in a few places:
Your order confirmation, shipping confirmation, or delivery confirmation emails from Wink Scrubs will reference your order number. (Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions email folders if you did not receive these email confirmations.)

What if I don\'t want to use the prepaid label?
If you\'d rather ship your items with your preferred carrier, ship to the address below. Keep in mind, we don\'t reimburse fees for using your own shipping method.

Discounts
Which items aren\'t available for discounts or promotions?
The following items aren\'t available for discounts or promotions:
- Gift Cards
- Sale Items
How do I apply a discount or promo code?
After adding the eligible products to your bag, you will be able to enter a discount code before checkout. On Desktop, enter the code using the sidebar on the right side of the screen; on Mobile, use the dropdown menu.
In the sidebar or dropdown menu, you\'ll see a section titled "Gift Card or Discount Code"
Enter the code in the field and click "Apply"
If the code is valid, the discount will be applied to eligible items in your Checkout summary.
NOTE: Discount codes cannot be stacked, including discounts during promotional periods. Note that if returning any items from an order with a discount, the discount will be spread across all of the items on the order.
Can I use multiple discounts or promo codes?
No. You cannot apply multiple promotions to an order. Only one discount can be applied to an order.
Discount codes cannot be combined, including discounts during promotional periods.
Are discounts applicable on final sale items?
No. Discounts do not apply to final sale items.

We offer a large variety of styles and colors in the largest size range in the industry for your group and have the ability to provide a best-in-class experience, whether an office admin orders the uniform for each employee or the employee purchases their own.
